Butcher Shop Opening Hours
Our Butcher Shop at Edenmill Farm is open 5 days per week Wednesday – Sunday 9am – 4.30pm.
Click and Collect
Click and Collect orders are available for collection Thursday – Sunday 9am – 4.30pm.
Order your products through our online shop, select Click and Collect, a date from the calendar and we will have your order ready for collection from Edenmill on the date of your choice.
Simply bring a copy of your order either electronically or in printed form and show to our Butcher on arrival.
We are delighted to offer our home delivery service on Friday and Saturday’s to customers who live within 30 miles of Edenmill Farm, delivery is £5 per order or free for orders over £50.
Simply complete your order online selecting delivery at checkout and our system will automatically remove the delivery cost from your cart for qualifying orders.

Our Scottish Lamb is sourced locally and dry aged for 14 days to ensure a tender cut packed full of flavour.
Working with Robertson’s of Ardrossan we are delighted to offer pork that was born, reared and processed in
Scotland ensuring animal welfare and conscious production.
Beautifully fresh our Chicken breasts are a healthy lean option sourced from producers using only the highest
welfare standards in production.
Our Venison is age dried with the hide on for 2 weeks producing fantastic tender flavour. Our wild, naturally fed
venison is sourced within 50 food miles and is full of flavour and a super healthy lean option.
All our Pies are made on site using our high quality butcher products to create a premium
product for feeding the family at home.
Our Butcher Jim makes all our sausages on site using our Robertson’s of Ardrossan Pork, Edenmill Beef and Wild Venison blended with natural
flavours, many of our sausages are made to a secret recipe Jim has refined over 50 years.
Our Scottish Steak is air dried for 28 – 35 days for optimum flavour before being butchered on site. The dark
red-purplish colouring on the rim of our steaks defines how well they have matured and once cooked there will
be minimum blood whilst resting due to the length of time it’s been matured.
Edenmill shoulder steak, mince and stew is matured for 14 days on site before Jim prepares the meat for sale
ensuring fresh produce packed with flavour.
